Only unused or faulty items will be accepted for returns within 15 days of when the item was delivered to you.
SCENTSOFTHECENTRAL cannot be held accountable to incorrect storage of melts after they have left us. Refunds will not be granted for melts stored in an incorrect manor.
All melts should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
